Our Services

If we went on the TV programme Mastermind.

Our Specialist subject would be…

“The Internet, Google, Online Reviews and Online Reputation
for Businesses in the UK”

To understand our services better it helps if you understand a little bit about online reviews and online reputation.

Did you know that Google has given every business in the UK a reputation score?

Did you know that Google is also displaying your reputation score by your website online?

We all know that in the Care Home Industry that your reputation is everything.

So if you were looking at three different care homes…

Which Care Home Are You?

Which Care Home Are You?

Care home A has a 2 star reputation.

Care Home B has no reputation at all.

Care Home C has a 5 star reputation.

Which one of the Care homes would you choose?

Yes Care Home “C” it’s Obvious…

The Care Home with a 5 star reputation.

How Reputation Works Online

In this example below a search in Google for a “Dentist in Manchester” you can see the reputation scores of three Dentists.

3 dentists

The first dentist has a 2 star reputation.

The next dentist has no reputation.

The third dentist has a 5 star reputation.

Which Dentist would you choose?

“I’d chose the one with the best reputation”

That’s much more important to me than which ever website is at the top of the page.

The Star Rating is Not Part of Those Dentists Websites

The Star Rating does not come from the dentist or from the owner of those dentist websites.

The Star rating comes directly from Google. Google has given the dentist the star rating and it is Google that is now displaying their star rating next to the dentist’s website.

Zero (No Stars) is the lowest score, and 5 Stars is the highest.

How Does Google Calculate My Reputation Score?

Google searches the internet for reviews about your business, it filters and discards any that it feels are not genuine and then it gives you an average score.

But…

Google does not count all of the reviews online.

It does not count any reviews that are on your own website…

Unless you tell Google that you have some genuine reviews.

It does not count reviews that are on other websites that are not recognised by Google as “trusted authority websites.”

We could explain more details but the short answer is “Google is simple, if you know what to do and you follow their rules.”

But, I’m sure you’re not here to learn lots of details about Google or how to become a Google expert so we will continue.

Look at Your Website – What is Your Online Star Rating?

Type into Google the name of your business or care home and the city or town that you are in i.e.

The Nice Care Home Manchester

see-your-rep-score

Google will display it’s rating of your business underneath your website.

no reputation

If you allready have some good reviews online but your business still has no reputation score i.e. Zero Score and No Stars

This means that either:

  1. You don’t have enough reviews online
  2. All of your reviews are not being counted (not trusted) by Google.
  3. Or your reviews are not in the correct review websites and therefor Google is not even looking at them.

If you get your good reviews into the right places – into the correct review websites, then Google will look at your reviews, be able to give your business a review score and then your true online reputation score can be displayed.

a 2 star reputation

If you have a 2 star or poor reputation online then you need get some more good reviews into the correct review websites.

If you feel that your reputation is being harmed by false, malisious or fake reviews then contact us to discuss the solutions.

*Please note if you are providing a poor service or a poor product then please do not contact us or as ask us for any help.
From time to time we come across bad companies and whenever we see companies using fake or untrust worthy reviews online we report them.

5 star reputation

If you have a Good 5 star reputation online then well done.

Now your focus should be taking control and keeping that good reputation and making full use of it:

  1. Maintaining your reputation: Monitoring all the review websites becomes even more important as it only takes one unhappy customer to change things.
  2. Marketing your great reputation to get more customers.

Online Marketing Has Changed

Online marketing has changed and new research is showing that now it’s the most reputable businesses that win.

Consumers, individuals, and companies do this every single day.
They go online and they’re looking to find the most reputable company to do business with.

If I’m thinking about staying in a hotel, I’ll look at their reputation on the review website Trip Advisor.

If I was choosing a care home for my father or mother, or if I was looking for a plastic surgeon I’d first look at their online reputation scrore and online star rating on Google.

Online reputation means the difference between your phone ringing or your competition’s phone ringing.

The Internet, Google, Online Reviews and Online Reputation
for Businesses in the UK

“Getting businesses a 5 Star online reputation, and then marketing that great reputation to bring them new customers” is what we do full time.

We do this in 3 specific ways:

  1. Monitoring Your Online Reputation.
  2. Building Your 5 Star Reputation.
  3. Marketing Your 5 Star Reputation to Get You More Customers.

Part 1 – Monitoring Your Online Reputation

Our team monitor on a daily basis 74 different websites online so within 2 – 3 hours of someone leaving a review about a care home – we know about it.

Part 2 – Building Your 5 Star Reputation

We have a proprietary system to collect reviews from customers, filter out bad reviews and ensure that the good reviews are left online and in all the correct websites.

The “correct websites” – are those websites that Google counts and those that influence your online reputation score.

Part 3 – Marketing Your 5 Star Reputation to Get You More Customers

We have a comprehensive review marketing strategy that our staff implements daily.

This includes broadcasting and syndicating reviews across the internet to the correct websites and web directories.

Creating review images which we then also broadcast and syndicate across the internet, and into image sharing websites like Pinterest etc.

and of course we also produce Customer Review Videos that we then market by broadcasting and syndicating across the internet. We upload the video’s into video sharing websites like YouTube etc, and display them on your website for every one of your customers to see.

Plus our social media team ensures that everything we do goes into your social media sites like Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter and LinkedIn etc.

So You Don’t Need To Learn Anything Else – Unless You Wish To

You don’t need to worry about understanding everything that we do, or learning any of the techie details – Just understand that what we do, works.
